Meredith’s mission is to help people to live better in their bodies! She began her yoga teacher training in 2009, after yoga helped her to heal from anxiety stemming from her youngest child’s health crises. She now uses yoga, mindfulness, mindset and lifestyle upgrades to manage her own health challenges. Meredith was trained by Jill Miller as a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher in 2015. This innovative modality combines classical yoga with corrective exercises, breath work, conscious awareness, and self-massage with therapy balls. In 2017, she became a Neurokinetic® Therapist, seeing clients in private sessions to help them improve movement, posture, and breathing, and get out of pain. Meredith also works as a Certified Lifestyle Coach, specializing in helping women with autoimmune conditions and chronic pain to live more vibrantly. She will complete her studies to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in August 2019.
